Individual Therapy
People seek therapy for many different reasons. Some clients come because they feel stuck in their lives – disillusioned, disconnected, unmotivated – and want to develop a stronger sense of self. They may want to explore their values and goals and better understand how they operate in the world. I work with clients who are asking these kinds of questions, as well as those seeking support with more defined emotional, relational, or life-stage difficulties.
My work is collaborative and pluralistic, meaning therapy is shaped around what is most helpful for each individual rather than following a single approach. Grounded in person-centred values, my practice is trauma-informed and influenced by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Reality Therapy / Choice Theory. Together, we work to increase understanding, develop coping strategies, and support meaningful change in a way that feels respectful, paced, and sustainable.
